**This will be a guide on how to reset your password IF you have already logged in to Quicksight**
1. First access QuickSight Sign-In and confirm your account name. If you need the sales side, you will type in "coquisalesportal", if you are accessing the school side then you will type in "coquihealthschools".
2. Proceed to type in your username (CASE-SENSITIVE) and click "next".
3. Then click "Forgot password" and proceed.
4. Quicksight might try to verify you are a real person. Type in the anti-robot lettering code and proceed.
5. After this, the system will have sent you an email letting you reset your AWS Quicksight password. Press continue once you have accessed the link in your email.
6. Now go to your email and click on the "no-reply@signin.aws" link in your inbox. Once you have opened the email, click "reset password" button located within the email and proceed.
7. Reset your password and press "Set new password". Make sure your password fits the required parameters (8-64 characters, One upper case, number and special character.)
8. You should be good to go to login! Try it out by trying the new password and seeing if it lets you login. If you continue to have trouble, please contact support@coquihealth.com
