** Account must be enabled in COQUI APP and in AWS Cognito to work. If you are getting messages such as "user account disabled" or "account is not verified" please contact a support specialist at support@coquihealth.com to get this issue resolved. **
1. First off, please go to https://www.coquihealth.com and proceed to press "Client Login".
2. Proceed to Coqui Health Client Login Page. Once you have done so, proceed to press "Forgot your password?".
3. After you have clicked "Forgot your password?", it should take you to a page where it asks for your username. Proceed to place your username and click "Send Code".
4. Go into your email and look for a "No-Reply" email in your inbox. This will contain your verification code, so proceed to open it and copy the code. This code is most likely going to be 6 digits.
5. Go back to COQUI application tab and proceed to type in the code and your new password in the fields required. Your new password should have 1 upper-case character, a special character, number, and should be at least 10 characters long. Once you have done so, press "Submit".
6. After this, it should kick you back to the login page. Proceed to type in your username and your new password you created, and you should be able to login!
